So you have booked space in a Park Avenue Corporate Health Wellness Fair, which is no easy task! You are investing in a marketing opportunity with our organization and we intend to help you receive a return on your investment. Being an exhibitor at one of our events is more than just paying our fee and bringing in business cards to hand out. You will be face to face with a large number of potential new employees so get a good night sleep the night before, and don't forget to grab that cup of coffee beforehand. We need you alert and energetic! You sitting behind a table is not as effective as you standing in front of it, introducing yourself to passers by, and being assertive but we trust you to utilize your own style in your efforts. We strongly recommend that you offer an in-booth raffle, sign-in sheet, free sample, discount coupons for services - something that will encourage participants to register for your own mailing list. Our most successful vendors are charismatic and assertive, and use their personality and social skills to draw interest in their booth but a "free" giveaway never hurts your return! You have then "bought" a tangible contact list for your efforts, and can continue sending special promotion offers, newsletters, coupons, etc. We also personally suggest the absence of cell phone use by our Wellness Fair participants, but that of course is at your discretion.
