Wellness Fair Success Suggestions

We at Park Avenue Corporate Health have been facilitating Wellness Fairs for companies in the tri-state area for over 11 years. Please allow us to make a few suggestions on how to make your Wellness Fair a success Notify your employees about your wellness fair through a variety of media. We suggest e-mail reminders, signage in break rooms or lunchtime areas, and perhaps an all office voicemail. If you have an office wide public address system we suggest an announcement over the PA an hour before, and at the start of your event. We can customize signage, or e-mail notices for you if you like. We can adapt to almost any room size and shape but if given a choice, we would prefer a heavily trafficked area such as a lunchroom or break room, conference room, or a large reception or waiting area. We strongly suggest that you provide refreshments for your wellness fair in order to promote attendance and a fun upbeat corporate climate. We also recommend if there are any prizes you would like to contribute to our raffle that those be donated as well. Some examples include gift certificates for neighboring restaurants or spa services. We usually bring raffle prizes provided by our participating physicians but more is better! We will supply appropriate signage for the day of the event, a security list of vendors (if required), privacy screens (if necessary) and more.
