STRESS EVALUATION : The stress evaluation takes an in-depth look into
physical stress, such as lower back, neck or shoulder pain, migraines
and other office related problems. Employees fill out a short survey in
which they state specific problems that are addressed directly by the
consulting doctor. Exercises and station adjustment suggestions may be
given to help the employee to help themselves.

Machine (S.A.M.)

MASSAGE THERAPY:
A massage therapist will be on hand to offer 5-7
minutes of PURE relaxation. All employees receive a mini massage in a
special massage chair. The brief session will leave the employee
refreshed and renewed for the remainder of the day!

BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING: Health
professionals are available for screening and
information on blood pressure. This screening is included in every
health fair, unless specified otherwise.

BODY COMPOSITION
TESTING (BODY FAT): Finding
out the percentage of body fat to
muscle can help in the employees personal direction in health and life.
This screening may be done along with the nutrition screening or by
your participating health club.

ACUPUNCTURE
& SMOKING CESSATION: Acupuncture
is the insertion of fine, hair thin filaments at specific points mapped
according to several thousand years of Chinese theory and
practice. Recently, electromagnetic research has confirmed the
location of these points. Acupuncture information can be geared

SCREENING : This screening is the standard vision test. Vision
professionals screen individuals for visual problems using a simple eye
test. |

CARDIOVASCULAR SCREENING:
This screening uses a rapid,
non-invasive device
called a CardioVision Machine to assist in identifying those people who
are at significant risk for Heart and Vascular Disease. |

PODIATRYa one on
one consultation
with a podiatrist. The employee is able to discuss various concerns of
the foot, such as corns, bunions and calluses.

DENTAL SCREENING : This screening provides both didactic and visual
information on oral care. Our dental practice representative will
answer any questions or concerns you may have as well as providing
information regarding their practice and methodology.

NUTRITION SCREENING : A
quick survey provides reference for nutrition guidance from an
experienced doctor. You'll get reference charts and food lists to help
you on your way.
